About Eastside Insight

Eastside Insight Meditation offers Buddhist teachings primarily from long-time meditators and teachers from the Insight Meditation Society tradition. We are affiliated with Seattle Insight Meditation Society, and hosted in Kirkland, Washington, by Northlake Unitarian Universalist Church. We host visiting teachers, and offer regular teachings from Steve Wilhelm.
