For this Tuesday, June 2 Eastside Insight gathering, we'll explore The Healing  Power of Equanimity, and how we can find equanmity in tumultuous times.

Equanimity is the key to navigating buffeting circumstances, a warm-hearted stability of mind that gives us balance and inner peace, despite conditions. We'll explore how to cultivate equanimity for self and others.

We’ll be gathering at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, June 2.
